Let us know to reach out to book your Virtual Meeting By-Law Package
All of the above is included for a flat fee of $1299
- Got your own lawyer? We also offer a meeting only package to pass your by-law.
- For an additional fee, you can add-on a meeting chairperson to conduct the meeting.
NOTE: The Virtual Meeting By-law Package is not required for communities that already have a registered virtual meeting by-law.
What has changed?
The Government of Ontario enacted a regulatory change under the Condominium Act, 1998 (Condo Act) extending the temporary provisions that allows condo corporations to call and hold virtual meetings without having to pass a specific by-law allowing for such meetings.
What do you need to do?
This change is in effect until September 30, 2023, but there is no guarantee it will become permanent. It is best to act now to get your by-law passed so you may continue to host Virtual Meetings and no longer need to worry about when/if the government will grant an extension.
What is the solution?
To make the process easy, Condo Control has partnered with Common Ground Condo Law to provide a one-stop solution for passing an e-voting / virtual meeting by-law in your community.
